220 10A Street Northwest, Calgary

I am the house at 220 10A St. NW. I was built in 1912 but sat vacant until 1913! The Baalim family lived here from 1913 until 1920. The William Fisher family purchased this house and lived here until 1972.
I was bult from plans drawn up by the Radford Architechtural Company in Illinois; all the lumber and labour to construct me was sourced in Calgary. When I was originally constructed there was running water in the kitchen but no washroom for a few years. I was one of the few houses on this street that still used an outhouse.
Make sure you come by and visit me- I have some great stories to tell you!
